Always get 2 fruits 1 sauce. Fruits are freshhh and I like that they have the purple dragonfruit. Pistachio sauce is the best imo. 7.9 for large what was I thinking. Should have gotten medium because I couldn’t finish the whole thing. Froyo cravings satisfied though

The yogurt is good but the staff wasn’t too helpful. Ordered 4 cups of frozen yogurt but had to painstakingly carry them all by myself without any holders provided. Simply claimed that the amount I purchase is too small, which honestly feels silly. But I managed to still carry them with all of my fingers. I love the pistachio sauce + the petite size though.

First time trying the sanum and my it was delicious!! They're so generous with the toppings and all it's crazy. I remember the crazy some time back, but this is real good stuff and I'm so glad they made a comeback. Will be back for more for sure!!

Service very poor, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I just ordered from wisma outlet and the indian lady staff who attended to us was very impatient..we asked if kiwi is available and strawberry coz we are looking in the sample picture of sanum she replied to us like very impatient... she said ONLY THESE FRUITS!!!! With strong indian accents.. I tried to tell to chinese staff that tell her not to be impatient to customer and the lady never acknowledge and just ignored what I said.. kindly train your staff how to talk nicely to customer.. it is very dissapointing..

Rate 5 stars for free toppings! But actual reality service was more like 1 star. Cashier was alright however the female staff serving us attitude was pretty terrible and rude; if you don’t wanna work then don’t do it, if not please strive to take pride in the work you do.

The pistachio sauce has finally made a comeback! It’s slightly different in that the sauce itself comes packed with chocolate pops and also it’s a bit sweeter. Additionally, I noticed the server weighing my small tub - it’s great that they finally have some standardization on the amount of yoghurt base served!!! Minus one star because there aren’t any seating areas and it’s a little strange to walk around a mall whilst eating froyo.

Favourite froyo chain! Better than yole. More worth it to order the Large for more froyo. Must must must get the PISTACHIO sauce if its available! Their pistachio sauce is super legit, creamy... nutty... sweet.... great with the froyo. 5 stars with pistachio sauce, 4 stars with all other sauces.
